Lovely day for a walk in the countryside...

On the downside, I'm sat in a pub and everyone else is eating and I can only have 1/2 pink of diet coke as I get weighed at 5pm and don't want to mess up the scales. Keep telling myself it will be all worth it in the end!

Yaaay incredible loss, you had a super strong weekend despite the bank holiday! Hair looks lush. I need to try some of the yoomoo stuff, I keep seeing it everywhere and it looks lush. I bought some lolly moulds at the weekend and have been freezing Mullerlights in them. Pretty good :)
 
07/05/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Still on a high from weigh in yesterday but know I have to stay on track this week especially as I am out on Saturday and will be drinking alcohol. Need to complete W1 D2 of the C25K tonight but still really stiff from Sunday so hoping I will loosen up once I get into it.

Breakfast - strawberries, blueberries, 1 WW Toffee yogurt

Lunch - Salad box (celery, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot) topped with 3tbsp Tesco Light Choices Honey & Mustard dressing (1.5syns), 200ml Koko Dairy Free Chocolate Milk (hexa)

Dinner
- Pasta n Sauce Cheese Leek & Ham (1syn) with added tomatoes, mushrooms and peas

Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Energy Drink (1syn), 2 Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese (3syns), 1 11g sachet Cadburys Fudge Hot Chocolate (2syns) stirred into 150g Asda Fat Free Green Yogurt, 2 Ryvita Fruit Crunch (hexb)

Total Weekly Syns - 7.5/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 30/45

What is the nandos salad like? I love salad and have never thought of getting one while there. What's in it?

Food looks yum today! I really fancy a pasta n sauce, but have leftover burgers waiting for me at home instead...mmm sometimes I just crave that comfort food though!

The Nando's salad is lush, it has lettuce, red onion, black and green peppers, cucumber, celery and tomatoes. It's usually topped with feta but I asked for halloumi instead and you can add chicken which I did. Very yummy! x

Hi lovely! My day didn't go quite as planned... my boss asked me to join a 2 day training session which is great as I'm learning a new skill and knowledge but when I finished I had an urgent task in my inbox that needed doing for tomorrow so I ended up working till 7pm and only got in after 7:30pm. At that point I was hungry and didn't feel like a jog so I've not been. Rant over hehe. I will go tomorrow to catch up :)

How's your days been? need to catch up on your diary! x
 
Been feeling very snacky today... just had a sachet of Cadbury Fudge Hot Chocolate stirred into some fat free greek yogurt which has taken the edge off my chocolate cravings!

sounds like rather a manic day! Urgh I hate it when you have your evening planned and then something comes up at work to spoil it! Although getting on a training course sounds good...what is it you do?!

Hope todays a bit better and not so stressy! :) I'm definitely feeling a little more chilled out than I was yesterday!

Sounds gorgeous. I'll definitely try that next time and I would definitely go for the Halloimi and chicken too. I couldn't go to Nandos and not get chicken! lol.

I did the full couch to 5k. It was about 2 years ago now! I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it and I did :)
