Been doing sw for ages now but keep going off track! Need a diary to keep me on the straight and narrow!! Going to start with EE and gradually move on to red!

Day 1 EE

B- frozen berries & muller light
S- alpen light (1/2 hexb)
L- shapers carrots n homous (2 syns) apple, mullerlight
T- mug shot, banana alpen light (1/2 hexb)
P- Frozen berries & muller light
strong mints (1syn)
Total= 4 syns

My bf decided to go to chippy for tea! So proud I managed to stay away!

Day 2 EE (Night before weigh in..need to be good!)

B. Apple, Alpen light (1/2hexb)
L. Savoury rice with roasted toms, onions and peppers
T. Same again rice with veggies, apple, muller light
 
Day 1 EE

Pre work out fast breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Porridge oats (hexb) bannofee options mixed in (1.5)
Tea: Jacket potatoe 1/2 can of spaghetti and an apple, tea with milk (hexa)
Snacks: mints (1) mullerlight
Hot chocolate with milk (hexa) (3)

Hexa: milk
Hexb: Porridge
Total syns: 5.5

B. Pineapple rings x3 apple and banana
L. Ryvita x3 (1/2 hexb1) with lettuce, ham and cottage chs and harvest morn benefit bar (1/2 hexb1)
