Am glad the exam went ok.As you say... Last day of school... No harm in having a treat and I think that's lovely what your teacher did with the cupcakes :0)

I quite like that you do Cals aswell as points! How many calories do you eat on average per day?

I have myfitnesspal on my iPhone! I might start tracking my calories too!

You do really well to eat that amount! I have to eat a bit more as I exercise lots! If I exercised when not eating enough I feel exhausted!

Such achy hamstring muscles! Argh! :p

So, at the end of the week, only 5 weeklies used (have a feeling i might have underpointed the cupcake tho!), no activity points spent :)

Managed at least 5 portions of fruit/veg every day this week too.

Calories over the week: 8758
Average calories per day: 1251 cal
Grams of saturated fat over the week: 68g
Grams of saturated fat per day: 9.7g
Pro points spent over the week: 185
Average pro points per day: 26.4

Will try and average it at 1350 per day for next week I think :) but overall, pleased with how i've done.

WI - STS, but, my trousers/leggings etc all feel looser, and my arms look more toned so I'm gonna put the STS down to muscle gain :p Thinking of upping my dailies to 28pp and reducing my weekly bank to 35, as I don't use my weeklies tbh anyway and I think I could do with eating a teeny bit more than I do now so I average 1350/day over the week!

Aww at least not a gain,sounds like inch loss though! Yea best to go by what suits you best pp and weekly wise :0)
