My maths is cr@p .... It's 22lbs I wanna lose not 21 but the good news is I've lost 3 of them in 4 days :) xx

no breakie, got up v late in preparation for work tonight.

lunch - 2 pieces of toast 174, 100g cottage cheese 75, muller Greek style yog 72

at art - pkt stars 94, small banana 70

Tea- gammon 125, veg, 30, sm tin ww beans 147 teaspoon johns birds eye rice (just to taste) 20?
0% jelly pot 10

picked at 2 slices ham 22, half a teaspoon of tuna sandwich filler & 2 silverskin pickles 20?

work - tin big soup 242, slice bread with laughing cow 149, pkt snackajacks 92, 2 tangerines 60

breakie will be either weetabix or oatsosimple with skimmed milk 200.

total = 1572 .... So about 100 to play with. Xx

Ill get weighed when I get up tomorrow if I think on. Never 100% happy weighing after a day in bed but it'll give me an idea I guess. Sometimes though I'm halfway through the bucket of coffee John brings me to wake me up before I remember ;) xx
 
Hi i just came off trf 10days ago. Refeed went great starving judd tomorrow with down day as i feel i ate too much today and am really worried about putting back on weight lost on lipotrim.do you think that is a good idea??? Your diary looks great. I will definitely be following it to help myself with this :) best of luck you seem to be doing fantastic :) x
 
Hiya! I'm sure you've done great so congrats! Tho I can't see your stats on my phone sorry. I'm actually not sure about you JUDDDing straight after refeed. You'll be having few cals today and then a couple of thousand ... Whatever your alliance worked out to, tomorrow ... Personally I think you'd be better building up to that amount gradually by sticking to the refeed plan and introducing some extras gradually.
But that's just my opinion ... Good luck whatever you do and let's know how you get on :) x
 
Well I jumped on the scales even tho I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked. It showed a 4.2lb loss - not bad I suppose but not great for the first week on any plan after a few weeks being so bad. I feel I could have lost that in 2 or 3 days high proteining or something, but hey there we are, let's see what another week brings :) xx

I'm afraid I now DO have a time frame ... we've booked flights to go to my sister's in Cyprus in April. A duty visit as I don't enjoy going but there we are. Have to go every few years. Not sure how many weeks away it is but I'll set up a ticker.

Had a v small piece of bread with clover, a walnut and a few little savoury biscuity things at mums this morning ... No idea on the cals but I had 300 left for this morning so when I got home I just had a flapjacky bar type thingy for 70something cals so I should have been well within limits.

Hard day today ... Had to get up at 6am to take DD to the airport .... It's a very long day for 400 cals! Had a couple of fizzy drinks to try to fill me up.

Going to pub .. 200, sure there'll be a couple more when back .. Maybe another 200 making the probable total 1029


Edit ... Oh yeah, sneaky peak on the scales this morning showed a 1.8lb loss since Friday but not recording till this Friday obviously ... It was enough to keep me going though xx
