sigh.... 1 lbs on. Lost my way at the weekend. Family bereavement lead to mindless eating (and drinking). Next couple of days will not be any better but hope to be back on plan asap.
1.5 loss is better than maintain or gain. At least it is in the right direction as is 1.5 pounds you will NEVER see again.1.5 loss this week Feeling discouraged xx
I'm the same, need to lose 2.5lb and not sure that's going to happen. As you say February is a new month and a new challenge1lb off this week. I need to lose 3 pounds for next week to hit my challenge goal. But if I don't, not to worry as its great encouragement and February is another month!
