Being a bit lazy with cooking this week. Could someone help with the syn values on these items please.

Asda CBY bramley apple & kentish cider paste 175g jar, per 100g - 151kcal, Protein - 0.6g, Carbs - 18.5g, Fat - 7.7g, Fibre - 2.6g

Verey Lazy Stroganoff cooking concentrate 185g jar, per 100g - 146kcal, Protein - 2.3g, Carbs - 7.8g, Fat - 11.5g, Fibre - 3.5g

They will both be 1 syn for every 20 calories as sauces get no free food allowance

Thanks for reply, I used that as a rough estimate. Was hoping someone would look it up for me?

The stroganoff was very nice though! At 9 syns for the jar, then shared between 6, 1.5 not bad for dinner.

No need to look up. 1 syn for 20 calories is 100% correct for foods with no free food allowance. It is exactly the way the syns calculator does it when you don't select a free food
