Breakfast- Two Alpen light bars (B) Glass of low calorie dilute juice

Lunch- Slimming World Bacon, peppers, onion and mushroom quiche topped with 42g of kerry low low cheese (A) and side salad. Bag of quavers (4.5syns) and Cadburys Light chocolate mousse (3 syns).

Snack - Muller mixed with low fat fromage frais (Syns free?) frozen and whipped every 20 mins to create ice cream.

Dinner- Chicken, with cauliflower cheese (B) and side of veg.
