I have been doing SW since the 30th March 2010.
Ive currently lost just over 4 stone

Day 1 Tuesday 16th march 2011. Extra easy.
Breakfast= 28g bran flakes with skimmed milk (HEX A) strawberries,banana,shape zero yoghurt, tea, green tea.
Lunch= jacket potato, Quorn fillets, lettuce,cuecumber,beetroot,carrot,spring onions, salad spray. apple and a plum, Diet coke.
Dinner= Thai chicken curry with rice, spinach, mushrooms, peppers.
Syns= light coconut milk 100mls 5 syns but im only having half of it so 2.5 syns.
1 piece of curly wurly cake 2.5 syns
3x pagen krisprolls with ham 6 syns
