Hi
Last week I followed EE and Green days and stayed the same,so this week I'm going to keep a food diary
Green day
B Beans on toast (hex b)
L Veg soup and 2 slices of bread (hex b)
D jacket potato,salad,pasta in sauce made with fromage frais (free) low fat cheddar (hexa)
Snacks pear,tangerine and 2 free yoghurts + skimmed milk (hexa)
Tomorrow trying a red day
