Jelly (again!!)

Hi All

I'm on week 2 of RTM and have another question on Jelly? Is the small tubs of ready made jelly (Hartelys) which are 'No Added Sugar' classed as Sugar Free? They have less than 10 cals per pot and nil fat or sugar. I'm only have 1 per day and only every other day so I'm hoping they are okay. I fogot to ask my LLC on Tuesday.

They are the ones that I always had - I had one per day whilst on RTM...

One recipe I used was:

One tub of hartley's jelly (cranberry or mango did it for me), topped with a table spoon of greek yoghurt, slightly sweetened with sweetener, and half a peanut or cranberry bar, crumbled up on top!!

Yum!!!
