Well as I started to put some weight back on I decided not to let myself have any bars again til I got back where I was at 18stone 12. So what to nibble on?
Well I managed to make myself some Jelly and It is delicious!
For those who don't know how to make it...

Get a Pint of water (very cold)
a tea spoon of either flavouring (I prefer berry)
and 2 scoops of the mix a mousse

Use an electronic whisk to mix all these together (make sure water is really cold) then put in fridge for 20 mins.

Its also a nice way of having a pint of water. I could easily have 4 pints of this jelly per day :D

If you havent tried it then please do! Ask your CDC for the Mousse and flavouring!

Thats one thing I never made when I was on the diet before. Cant wait to give it a try.:D
I love the jelly .... but I put a tiny drop of food colouring in mine - not essential but colourless jelly just seems 'weird'! :D
