Don't listen to the scales...It could be any reason they were up. No body puts on 3.5lb overnight chick.

put those scales away! concentrate on how you feel, you are bang on with your meals atm. just watch your syn Intake and exercise when you get chance to and you will feel better in no time !

I hate it when that happens...makes you think what's the point? I'm off plan today, but back on it from tomorrow. I feel under the weather and my cooker is out of action so having a treat of a real curry tonight. First one for months :)

Kids are in bed so I've just walked the dog and now gonna start my body combat (thanks you tube!) :)
 
Yeah, we have this thing called a chrome cast, so I can out a video on my phone or tablet and watch it on the tele!

I love body combat, but there aren't any classes around here unless you pay for a gym subscription! It was good and I'm aching today after that followed by a jumping (horse riding) lesson this morning!!!

Bow for some more body magic...digging up tree stumps!!!
 
Oh, and I weighed myself this morning and was back down to 10st3.5lb!!!

If you haven't already tried sticky chicken...you must!!! So yummy! (Picture with the stir fry noodles is sticky chicken)

And the things in the heart bowl with the diet coke are homemade syn free crisps! Yummy!

Right gang, I'm back!!!!

Have to admit I've found myself in a bit of a rut with the whole weight loss thing... I've been wavering between 10 and 10st 5lb for a while now and nothing's really happening! I loose one week, then the next its mysteriously back on again. I've also been suffering with lots of bloating and upset tummies- old IBS problem rearing its head I think, which doesn't help the scales! And because I've felt a little disheartened I've been enjoying my 15 syns nearly every day, sometimes going over by 1 or 2!

So...back to my diaries, so I'm counting syns better and I will also log my exercise (which I'm trying to up a touch). Might also try a full week on ee (have had lots of sp days recently) next week to see if that helps my tummy troubles!
 
WEEK 15??? MONDAY EESP

B - egg muffins (with bacon, spring onions, mushrooms and tomato in) and an apple

S - rich tea finger

L - chicken lettuce and Mayo sandwich, salad then a biscuit shot

S - some mango (I know it's not a speed fruit but I really fancied it and it's not like its bad for me!)

D - baked chilli enchaladas

Syns = 11.5
2 milk in tea
1 rich tea finger
3 biscuit whitworths shot
5.5 Oreo ice cream sandwich

Exercise = 20-30 mins on exercise bike then 10 main abs workout
 
yey you're back! can you prep lots of free snacks? boiled eggs, seafood sticks etc to try keep those syns under 15?

I do have lots of free foods as snacks, I mostly use syns on milk in tea, the odd spread/Mayo/toast topping and then I like a 'treat' in the evening, which lately seems to have been chocolate we were given at Easter, which is what has bumped the syns up!!! Damn you Easter bunny haha!!!
 
I would defo agree to a full week EE especially if you think it could be making your tummy worse. Also, I've been doing 3-5 EESP days a week too and not really noticed any difference (apart from the first week I did it) So for the next couple of weeks I'm sticking to EE then I will throw in 3-4 days of EESP just before holidays, I think our bodies catch on too quickly with EESP....lol..
