Thanks! I just felt like I'd eaten loads...just goes to show less isn't always more!!!

Yeah, I went to bed dreaming about a jacket potato with beans and cheese...hhhhmmmm!
 
-3lb woooooohooooo! Bringing me to 10st 7.2lb! That means I've lost the 2 I'd put on, plus an extra 1lb...which is what I was secretly hoping would be the case!!!

So, I think I'll aim to do a couple of sp days a week and keep syns to 10-15 ish and see what happens next week!

So relieved!

Hi autumnflower!

I was a bit like that with the eesp days, but once I'd worked out some meal ideas and got my highlighter out to check I had 1/2 s and 1/2 p, I was well away!

I was expecting to find them really hard, but so far haven't and haven't felt hungry...this is why I'm wondering if it's actually working!!!

And, I know tmi, but I think I'm a bit constipated, which probably doesn't help this 'heavy' feeling! Oh well, if the results don't show on the scales this/next week, at least I can say I tried!


Got that impending feeling of dread about weigh in tomorrow :-/

Think I might have a dig through the book and have a look at S foods. I've been making an effort to highlight them when putting them on my food diary.
I have to say, those pancakes look delicious, but i'm super lazy and it might be a bit too much effort in a morning!

I might start by doing one day SP, and then add a couple more days in the week after ect. ect.

Yeah, that'd be a good way to start autumnflower!

Pancakes were lovely...not sure you'll see so many of those kinds of breakfasts once I'm back to work!
 
WEEK 10 - THURSDAY- EESP DAY

B - white chocolate porridge (2 syns plus half hex a and 1 hex b) with strawberries

L - finish ups (see pic), followed by melon and 1 slice wm bread with peanut butter (1/2 second hex b and 4 syns)

S - alpen

D - slow cooked beef, roasted butternut squash and courgette, cabbage and Yorkshire pud (3 syns worth eaten) and gravy (1 syn)

Pud - oreo ice cream sandwich (5.5 syns)

Syns = 15.5
Hex a = √ half on milk in porridge, half in teas and coffees
Hex b = √

Weigh in = -3lb bring me to 10 St 7.2lb!

WEEK 10 - FRIDAY EESP DAY

B - Porridge (hex b) made with water and 0.5 syns of jam

L - 2 x slices wm toast (second hex b) with flora (2 syns) and Marmite, cottage cheese and ham as my 'p', raw carrot and an apple as my 's'

S - iced bun (5.5 syns)

D - steak, broccoli and stuffed mushrooms (using hex a on mozzarella)

Strawberry options (2 syns) with lighy squirty cream (0.5 syns)

Milk in tea and coffee = 2 syns

Syns = 12.5
Hex a = √
Hex b x 2 = √

WEEK 10 - SATURDAY

today was meant to be an sp day, but turned into and ee day as we were out for lunch.

B - 1 slice wm (1/2 hex b) with nutella (4 syns) and apple

L - jacket potato with beans and a sprinkle of cheese (took most of it off and I'm counting what was left as my hex a) served with salad

D - BBQ pulled pork served with sw coleslaw (2 syns for Mayo), half a wm roll (second half hex b) and corn on the cob. Yum!

Now debating whether I want something sweet and tasty with my syns???

Milk in tea = 1 syn

Syns = 5
Hex a = √
Hex b =√

Mother's day tomo and we're going out for cake!!!
