Ooohhh all looks so good! Especially that Chicken Kiev! I'm really struggling been out of routine with Ray home...lol.. I just want to eat crap, but am trying to not give in!...lol..

Here are a couple if the recipes if you're interested...

Kiev recipe I used...
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
125g light garlic and herb Philadelphia (hex a )
1 clove of grated garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
salt & pepper
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp wholemeal breadcrumbs (part hex b)

Instructions
Bang your chicken breast with a rolling pin so that it is half the thickness.
In a bowl mix half the parsley, salt & pepper, Philadelphia and fresh garlic until well mixed.
Create a cut down the middle of the chicken breast so that it opens up for you to add the creamy filling. Now add the filling and press down on the top of the chicken breast.
In another bowl mix together the wholemeal breadcrumbs with the remaining parsley and a little salt & pepper.
Cover your chicken with the beaten egg until it is fully covered and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Place on an oven tray and cook on a medium heat in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden.



Jam doughnut was made as follows...
Poke your finger into a wholemeal roll (hex b) to make a hole. Put 3x teaspoons jam (1/2 syn per teaspoon) into the hole. Spray roll with fry light (I used butter flavour) and roll in some sweetener. Bake in oven for 10mins at 180°c. Was yummy!!!!
 
Will be trying both of those for sure! Mmmmmmm!
 
Well, good morning peeps! Weigh in day for me today and I'm -3.5lb! Whoop- haven't had a number like that in a long time so was a lovely surprise after easter antics!! That brings me to 10st 1.5lb and 3.5lb from target!!! That's if I don't lower it again anyway!

I use the app and at the bottom left where you reply there is a + button to click on, then at the top right you can click attach picture. Hope that helps! Xx
 
Well done on the loss, it all depends what your Easter 'antics' were!!!

I probably used nearer 20-30 syns a day for 2 days, so nothing too extravagant! Although, we have just got back from a wedding do...I ate and drank what I wanted so gonna have to be good the rest of the week I think haha!

I'm afraid the pizza is syntactic! Its Hubby's Italian pizza and is about 20syns!!!
 
Hi JB, hope you're feeling better, hon. Sorry I've been absent, but trying to get back on track now after Easter hols... Your food looks yum - esp the burgers!
 
Well, apparently I've gained 3.5lb over night :'-( have weighed ever day this week after splurging at the wedding I went to last Thursday and yesterday and the day before I was back down to 10st1.5lb (would be a sts) and then suddenly weigh in day cones and I'm 10st5lb??!!! What is that all about!!!?!?

Already had 2 sp days this week and having one today and one planned for Saturday! So hoping they will help. Might also try to find the energy to do and body combat sesh after the kids are in bed tonight and then gonna try a week of really keeping my syns in check!
