Here we go again - Fresh start after a week off work and total binging..

I'm thinking a swing to a Simply Filling plan - So I'm putting Filling Foods in green to keep an eye on it. Zero pointed food is blue.

Total points: 33 so far

*grumble* when what I really want is pizza, chips, icecream, apple pie and a big fat cheeseburger...
