    Red day 26/04/11

    Breakfast
    2 x weetabix heb with hea milk
    Topped with chopped banana

    Snack pink lady apple

    Lunch
    Sw quiche made with bacon onion cottage cheese mushroom and 4 eggs ( half for today & rest tomorrow ) Served with salad and pickles

    Mid afternoon snack strawberries

    Tea
    6 syns worth of smoked mackerel with salad and 198g new potatoes heb

    Snack banana & coco rocks cereal bar 4 syns

    Dinner leftover quiche hea salad with pickles

    Snack strawberries & squirty cream 3 syns

    Tea cottage pie with a potato heb & bns topping served with veg
