Haha ok will check that one out I don't think I would mind 1lb when I'm closer to target too, but not atm I'm quite surprised at how much I'm losing in such a short time so much so that I don't think people believe it! Although clothes are baggy etc so really you see it! Dreading crimbo! Eek! Why does it have to the the season of chocolate and goodies!
You really are an inspiration for me tho! I hope I can get to my target weight too!! Xxx

I fill it in now and again and add weight every week, just in the weekly weigh in and red and green days Saturday weigh in thread xx
