Hii guys,

Joined SW in October 2010 and reached my target in March 2011, done really well at maintaining till i went off travelling the world for 6months!
have mannaged to put on 11lbs, i know its not massive amounts but i really want it gone!

So i started again yesterday..

Heres todays diary :)

Breakfast: Pineapple, Satsuma and FF Yoghurt
Lunch: Ham, Mixed salad, plain noodles
Dinner: SW chilli, plain rice and mixed salad

Snacks: 2 jaffa cakes (4syns)
Crumpet (5syns)
FF yog
Alpen bar (HEB)

HEA = milk for tea at work
