B-fast - 27g porridge made with water & 1/2 tbsp honey (1.5 syns, HexB), 2 boiled eggs

Snacks - 2 boiled eggs, chopped cucumber and carrots

Lunch - Syn Free soup with leeks, onions, carrots, shallots, garlic, tarragon, spinach, mushrooms, garlic and chicken stock

Dinner - Special Fried Rice - 9 1/2 syns

I was ery bad today and didn't eat enough (esp no enough superfree)

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs on two slices wholemeal bread HeB
Tea - Slimming World chicken and leek pie
Syns - Curly Wurly (6) and 1 scoop fat free sorbet

Morning, at least you know you didn't eat enough, some days when I realise I have forgotten or missed meals, I celebrate it and think oh that's great and then I think actually it's rubbish. I had a terrible week at work where I didn't even drink water and I ended up gaining a 1lb - which really upset me!

The chicken and leek pie sounds yummy - can you point me in the direction of the recipe thanks!
