Jenny's Diary - Mix 2 Match

Sunday - I am having a Mix 2 Match day today

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch -(G) piece couscous cake, peach, muller light

Dinner - (R) Steak, philadelphia and mustard sauce (0.5) potatos (heb) and salad.

Snacks - jelly snakes (1.5), cheese curls (3.5), 8 flying saucers (2)

Syns = 7.5
 
Monday - I am having a Mix 2 Match Day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea.

Lunch (G) - sweet and sour mugshot, apple, muller light

Dinner - (G) - Tesco snack pack vegetable sushi (0.5) wish I'd got a big pack for picnic on Wednesday now!!

Supper - (R) creamy pork and mushroom (2) with mashed potato and fresh vegetables

Snacks - apple, strawberries, weight watchers hula hoops (3), milky bar (3.5)

Syns = 9 - not too bad considering how crap today has been...

Tuesday - I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast - (N) 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch - (G) large bowl fruit salad, sushi snack pack (0.5), muller light, 2 clemantines

Dinner - (R) Aldi Honey and Mustard Pork Steak (4) with pasta (heb) and roasted vegetables

Snacks = strawberries, 2 flying sauces (0.5),

Syns = 5
 
Wednesday - I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast - (N) 24g All Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch - (R) tesco stewed steak, muller yogurt

Dinner - (G) pasta and sauce, hadful tortilla crisps with salsa, meat kebabs (HEB), bread stick, small slice ham and pinapple pizza

Snacks - 2 icepoles, orange, small slice fruit tart

Syns =too many. Again, in a social situation where everyone else was eating the food and the host had brought 'healthy' things especially for us. The tart was good for a diet because it had fruit in, lol, but it was a really posh one she'd brought specially for us, so I had to have a small bit...

Thursday - I am having a Mix 2 Match Day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and tea.

Lunch (R) - 3 slices gammon with big bowl fruit salad. 2 clemantines. blueberry muller (yum!)

Dinner - (G) Mug Shot. Lots of orange squash

Supper (N) - All Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and stawberries

Snacks - cheese curls and hanful squares (5 to be safe), 2 cans diet coke

Syns = 5
 
Friday - Today I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast (N) - 42g All Bran (HEB) with strawberries and milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch (G) - Medium pack Tesco Vegetable Sushi (2), cherries

Dinner (R) - BBQ - chicken tight, tesco Healty Living Quater Pounder (1.5), Healthy Living Thick Sausage (0.5), chicken kebab, salad and ketchup (1)

Snacks - blueberries, raspberries, fruit ice lolly (2)

Syns = 7
 
Saturday - Today I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with blueberries and milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch (G) - Mushroom and Wine Pasta N Sauce. Muller light with banana.

Dinner (R) - Chicken topped with ham, cheese (HEA) and tomato sauce, with roast baby potatoes (HEB) and salad. This was in a resturant to going to guess about 10 syns for any oil and the extra cheese.

Snacks = muller light, apple

Syns = 10
 
Sunday - Today I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with raspberries and milk (HEA) and tea

Lunch - (G) Amoy noodles (2) with soy sauce

Dinner - (R) Chicken (HEB) and Goats Cheese (HEA) salad with olvies (1), crutons (1) and dressing (4). Extra olvies (1) and some bread (5 to be safe)

Snacks - ice lolly (2)

Syns = 16

Monday - I am hacving a Mix 2 Match Day

Breakfast (n) - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch (g) - pasta with 3 X LC cheese (hea) and a tbsp tomato puree (0.5). Apple. 2 flying saucers (0.5)

Dinner (r) - chicken topped with 3 XLC (rest of hea) and wrapped in bacon with syn free chips and roasted vegetables.

Snacks = rasberries, 2 clemantines, muller light

Syns = 1

Dreading WI tomorrow, am thinking I'll get STS

Lunch (R) - Tesco mixed melon salad, fridge raiders, sugar free blueberry jelly (0.5), apple, chicken goujon (2?)

Dinner (G) Chinise takeaway - lots of plain boiled rice with beef and mushrooms (heb + 6 syns)

Wednesday - I am having a Mix 2 Match Day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with strawberries and milk (hea) and tea

Lunch (R) - Bacon, egg, mushrooms on 1 sice WW toast, 2 X slice WW brown bread toast (heb) with 6 tsp reduced sugar jam (1.5)

Dinner (G) - Pasta and Sauce (2)

Snacks - apple, muller light and strawberries, banana, lick buttercream (2)

Syns = 5.5

Thursday - I am having a Red day

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch - (R) - packet asda slice ham, fresh pinapple, muller yogurt, apple

Dinner - (R) Sommerset Pork Casserole (1.5), jacket potato, vegetables

Snacks = banana, berry snack a jacks (6) cheese curls (3.5)

Syns = 11

Friday - I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Breakfast - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch - (G) jacket potato with soya mince (6?- grump) and cheese (hea). Fruit salad.

Dinner - (G) Vegetable sushi (0.5), quorn burger (0.5), quorn sausage, 2 tbsp ketchup (2)

Snacks - piece chocolate cake :(

Syns = 9 + some chocolate cake - whoops! Guess about 20

Saturday - Mix 2 Match

Breakfast (N) - 42g Crunchy Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and tea.

Lunch - (G) Sweet and Sour Mug Shot, Orange Choc Muller Light, Banana

Dinner (R) - Beef Bolognaese (tomatos, mushrooms, onion) with pasta (HEB) and cheese (HEA).

Tea (R) - Ham slices, beef slices, chopped tomato, chicken kebabs and small chunk wedding cake

Snacks = 2 X nectarines, cup of tea with sugar (2)

Syns = 12?

Tomato and Herb Mug Shot, Fruit Salad, Muller Yogurt
New York Chicken (chicken topped with cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce) new potatoes (heb) and salad. Fruit Salad and small brandy snap

Tuesday (Green)
Breakfast - 42g All Bran (HEB) with berries. 2 poached eggs, grilled tomato, bacon and mushrooms (oil syns?). Tea (HEA)

Dinner - Chicken with blackbean and green peppers (6) with boiled rice
Snacks - orange Muller light

Wednesday
Breakfast - 42g All Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea. Banana Muller Light
Lunch - Spicy Sweet and Sour Mug Shot, Muller Light, Fruit Salad
Dinner - Posh Bacon and Eggs - 2 grilled gammon steaks with fried egg (oil syns?), jacket potato (heb) and peas (2)
Snacks - low cal apple and watermelon jelly (0.5) 10 sugar free fruitella sweets (3) 2 slices toast (4) jam (1) - was supposed to be a heb, but then our dinner plans changed :(

Snacks - 2 bananas, apple, Blueberry muller light, merguine (2.5), a refreshers chew (1) cheese curls (3.5)

Friday - Green Day

Breakfast - 42g All Bran (heb) with muller light mixed in.

Lunch - Mug Shot, muller light, orange

Snack - 3 pieces WW toast (heb) with jam (2)

Dinner - Pasta n sauce (1.5)

Lunch - (R) - bacon sandwich with 2 ww bread (heb) with 1 cheese slice (part of hea) and ketchup (0.5), 1 piece bread (rest of heb) with jam (1)

Dinner - 2 Quron burgers (1) with 2 cheese slices (rest of hea), 300g rustc oven chips (3) and beans

Snacks = milky bar (3.5) muller light choc cherry (2)
