Dinner - 2 Quorn Burgers (1) with cheese (hea) and bacon (heb), rustic chips (3)

Snacks - banana, WW yogurt (0.5)

Wednesday: I am having a Mix 2 Match day

Dinner - (G)- Chinise takeaway - plain rice, half vegetable chow mein (1.5), chicken in black bean (6 + HEB), couple of spoons beef an mushroom (2)

ji there my name is Diane and am new to minimins....i rejoined sw couple of weeks ago to try and shed baby weight. Lost 4 stine before baby and was at target a fortnight then got pregnant!! I know i can do it and be nice to see my ticker going down on here. How do you make couscous cake? and also how do i get a picture on here it says administrator is not allowing me do you know how i get permission to put on some pics?

Lunch - Sliced ham, large fruit salad, yogurt and jelly (0.5), apple, orange

Dinner - Chicken and Mushroom in Black Bean Sauce (6) with boiled rice.

Snacks = one slice cake (2) and 2 mini merguines (2)

So, this weekend I kind of just had to let go of. I had a 50th Aniversery Meal for my grandparents and I wanted to join in to celebrate proplery, so I had a pud. I always knew I would, so was prepared to accept the syns. Then I had a wedding and meal on Saturday evening. I then had a BBQ at a friends house Sunday and stayed over until Monday evening. I was cooked for so couldn't control what I ate. I just decided to have the day off and get back on plan ASAP. So, will be back on from tomorrow and WI is tomorrow am. Just hoping the gain isn't too huge. I don't mind a small gain as I KNOW it will come off again int ime. Just don't want to go back too far! My food hell weekend is over. I enjoyed it. I did my best with food and it should now be plain sailing for the next month or so, so full steam ahead. I don't feel to bad because I knew this was unavoidable for me.

Saturday - I am having a Mix 2 Match Day

Breakfast - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch - Lamb Chop in ginger and mago sauce (?) with new potatoes and salad. Lemon Merguine pie (20?)

Dinner - Sliced ham, one cocktail sausage, one scotch egg, 2 marshmellows, (approx 5?)

Sunday - Mix 2 Match

Breakfast - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch - Jelly (0.5) banana, orange

Dinner - Burger in a bun (12?), meat and veg kebabs, cheese slice (hea) and salad. Piece birthday cake (??) and 4 chocolate fingers. Diet Coke.

Syns = LOTS!

Monday - I'm havin a Green Day

Breakfast -Cranberry Weats (bowlful) (6) with milk (hea)

Lunch - Arabattia Pasta (6 oil), side salad with balsamic vingear, diet coke

Dinner - 3 X WW bread (HEB) with jam (2).

Snacks - WW cheese puffs (3)

I'm staying in a hotel tomorrow now, and not the usual one I visit so am worried about food for the evening. I don't have a choice but to eat there. I'm getting fed up with not being able to control what I eat and I've worked so hard to get this stone off. It takes me ages to get weight off, but I put it on so easily. I wish I could find their menu online so I could plan, but it's not there.

In a few weeks my job changes and then I don't have to worry about going away. Only then we will be moving house, so it's probably going to be hard then too for a fortnight while we set up. Willdo my best to plan and get through it. After that it is plain sailing! :)
 
Tuesday - I am having a Red Day

Breafkast - 42g Crunch Bran (heb) with milk (hea)

Lunch - Salad with turkey, cucumber, tomato, letteuce and pepper

Dinner - Chikcen breast with mashed potato, bacon and cabbage (?) followd by merguine nests with berries.

WI = -1lb today!
Syns =? Probably too many!! but could only have what was on menu

Wednesday - Mix 2 Match

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (heb) with milk (hea) and redcurrants. Bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomato (6 for oil?)

Lunch - Jacket potato with cheese (hea)

Dinner - Pasta with chopped tomatos, stock and mushrooms

Snacks - oranges, kitkat (5.5), 1 gummy sweet (2)

Syns = 13.5

Thursday - I am having a Green Day

Breakfast - 42g Crunchy Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea

Lunch - Left over pasta (from last night) muller yogurt, WW cheese puffs (3)

Dinner - 400g Rustic Oven Chips (4) with cheese (hea) and vinegar. Lazy I know, but me and boyfriend both ill.

Not been the best week ever, am going to be really good next week as I am not away much so I can plan things more. Hopefully I'll be less run down and feel less ill too. Fingers crossed.

I'm starting this diary again from today. I've been away, I did damage limitation - but had meals out, lunches out and my leaving do where I was given wine and tequlia, so I expect a gain this week.

Nevermind, back to it from now 100% (with the unavoidable exception of Sunday night as I am in a hotel again! Grrr)

So, I've not been doing so well on this diet for a month or so now. I've not put more than a pound on, but I'm finding it hard to shift it. I really would liek to get back on it this week, so I'm going to plan my days out here.

Tuesday - alpen, pasta and sauce with salad, yogurt, banana, meat

Wednesday - couscous, fruit, chinise (6 syns) and merguines for pudding

Thursday - Jacket with beans and salad, quorn burgers, cheese,and chips. Going shopping so can stock up and will then plan rest of hte days.
