I have certainly eaten well today on the extra easy plan!

brunch: bacon, baked beans, 2 brown bread and a beef tomato

snack: banana

dinner: syn free chips, smoked haddock, and mushy peas

pudding: strawberries and a lasting satisfaction yogurt

drinks: cup of tea, semi skim milk, 4 pints water

syns: 2 sugar, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 a dairy milk = 9 syns

Hope I keep this up! and hope for a weight loss on Thursday xx
