I thought I would join u girls in a diary I'm going to have between 1700-2000 a day

Friday 20th April 9 weeks to d day
B- fruit and fibre cereal 30g with Ss milk 200 cal with 2 toast butter and bit jam 300
2 bagels 450
Ww yoghurt x 2 122 cal
Cadbury caramel egg 170 cal
Went to wedding reception Buffett food
sausage roll 2 ham roll few crisps and for dessert HEARTBURN !!!!!!! Yyyyyyyyy I rekon over 2000 today hope better day tomorow x

Saturday 21 st April
B -Fruit and fibre semi skimmed milk 400
S-ww yoghurt 50
L-2ham rolls 400 crisps 122 cake 400
D- marks and spencer pasta bake with nam bread 1000
Omg bad bad bad bad day for miss Jessie !!! Total of 2400 !!!! Yikes il have a better day tomorow lots vegetables me thinks !

Sunday 22nd April
B-alpen porridge with milk 250 slice toast with butter 150
L- walkers stars 97 cal
D-homemade burger with bacon. Dairyleigh cheese in warburtons roll with rustic chips and coleslaw then apple crumble and custard this is 1600 cals
Total for today 2100 very naughty again ! This week I'm going to have fruit and less bread x

I have had way too many cals this weekend sugar too I need to b better this week I brought those sandwich thins I'm gonna give them a go x
 
Monday 23 rd April
B- oats so simple milk and slice toast 300
S- ww yog 50
L-2 x sandwich thins with Ham bit butter lettuce (yummy) with muller light and ww hoops 550 cal
S-special k bites 100
D- will b ww meal spinach lasagna and extra spinach 400 sandwich thin 100
Hot chocolate 150

I have had fruit aswell total of 1650 today x

They are so nice arnt they when your making your sandwich it looks like its abit thin and won't fill you up but when your actually eating it its not like that, they are nice toasted too just have to do them lightly or they get really crispy, can make mini pizzas out of them too I do them for LO x

D- Ww cottege pie 200 spinach 50
Been sucking on mints today 120
Prob have hot choc b4 bed 150

Total of 1490 il c if I fancy something later we will c x I don't do my dinner untill 7 when I get in from work x
Had another sandwich thin with ham 1600

u doing really well hun. i aint bin gud today i went to costco and had a huge pasty with chicken bacon and cheese in it and for tea i had chicken and cheese in hot baguettes
 
Becca im putting shhhit loads of weight on its not all baby I'm tiny I'm having less than 2000 hummmmmmmmmmm Cosco rule !!! Where do u live Hun x
