D-fish (cod) 250 ribbon noodles 350 and spinach 600 1900 cals today eeeekkkkkk that's loads x
Arrrr naughty day today tomorow Amd all week im sticking to fruit and fish and rice noodles I am not going to have crisps either and drink loads water I just feel I eat crap all time and gain is going up I'm ashamed to say my bump is tiny !!!!
