Jessicas food diary :)

Hello all!
I've been doing slimming world since October 2011 and have lost a total of 1stone 13lb :) I've come to a real slow down in my weight Los so want to try keeping a diary to see if that helps... So here goes...

Breakfast
40g Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB)
100ml skimmed milk (1/3 of HEA)
Fruit salad - strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit, blackberries
1/2 tsp of sugar - 1/2 syn

Lunch
Super food soup! (consisting of mushrooms, peppers, butternut squash, courgettes, leeks, onion, fresh tomatoes, tin of tomatoes, pasatta, lentils, tin of mixed beans)
More grapes!!

Dinner
Big mixed salad
Lean bacon and chicken
45g grilled peppers Philly (HEA)
3tbsp sweet chilli dip - 4.5 syn

Treats!!
1/2 Cadbury Olympic chocolate thing - 4 syn
Mini twister Lolly - 2 syn
 
Saturday

Breakfast
Mushrooms, peppers, scrambled egg and beans

Lunch
Pasta with lots of raw veggies and a little chicken
Honey mustard sauce - gonna estimate at 4 syns it was the smallest amount ever but it was from a cafe

Dinner
Beef casserole with peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, parsnips
Cooked in a maggi bag - 1 1/2 syns
Roast sweet potato and butternut squash
Broccoli

Snacks
1/2 Cadbury Olympic choc - 4 syns
3 scoops of walls 33% less fat ice cream - 4 1/2 syns
Hifi light - HEB

Syns for day- 10
