Thankyou, I am really nervous because I had quite a big syn blow out last night, I went out round Leeds, and had abit to drink.

I am sure it will last, keep up the good work.

Today I am having the following:

HEA - milk
HEB -

Breakfast - Mullerlight yogurt and half a melon

Dinner - Bacon, mushroom, red pepper omellette with a couple of small potatoes added too.

Snack - Mullerlight yogurt

Tea - Chicken Stir Fry with loads of veg.

Snacks - 2 kiwi fruit

Total syns for the day - None - Oops naughty me!

Lost 1 1/2lbs making 8lbs lost in two weeks!!

I really did not eat anywhere near enough syns or even my HEB last week and will try harder this week. I have been saving my syns for the evening as this is usually when I pig out but after my evening meal I am stuffed and do not feel like anything, so I will try and have some during the day this week.

Today I am having the following:

HEA - milk
HEB - Hifi bar

Breakfast - Big bowl of Strawberries and a banana.

Dinner - left over chicken stirfry from last night

Tea - Steak, Slimming World chips, fried onion and mushrooms (in Frylight) and baked beans.

Snacks - Kiwi fruit and two gin and slimline tonics (8syns)

Total syns - 8 syns

Breakfast - Fruit and yogurt

Dinner - Ham Salad followed by punnet of strawberries

Tea - Grilled salmon, new potatoes mixed with mayo(3 syns) and spring onions lettuce, tomato and cucumber with a drizzle of low fat salad cream (2 syns)

Snacks - Bowl of Strawberries and Kiwi with 0% Total Greek yogurt

Syns - 5

HEA - milk as usual
HEB - Hifi Bar

Breakfast - Half a mango, did mean to have a yogurt but didnt have time (not had a minute, usual house work, taking Ruby my Shih Tzu to the vets for her vaccination and seeing to the chickens).

Dinner - Bacon, mushroom, red pepper omellete with one new potato sliced into it too.

Tea - 3 Quorn Sausages, Mashed potato, carrots, green beans, peas and onion gravy.

Snacks - Fruit

Total syns - 2

1st Red Day

HEB - 42g All Bran

Breakfast - Fruit salad consisting of Strawberries, kiwi, mango and grapes, followed by a Mullerlight Cherry yogurt.

Dinner - Ham salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red pepper and raddish) and an egg.

Snack - All Bran(HEB)

Tea - Grilled salmon, new potatoes(HEB) mixed with spring onions and Extra light mayo (2 syns), salad as for dinner.

Gin and slimline tonic (4syns)

Total syns - 6

Breakfast - Mullerlight yogurt

Dinner - Beans on Toast (HEB) followed by fruit salad consisting of strawberries, kiwi and grapes.

Snack - couple of rolls of wafer thin ham and a few strawberries.

Tea - Chinese chicken and mushroom with boiled rice. (7syns) I weighed my portion.

Snack - Kellogg's Fibre Plus bar (5 1/2 syns)

Total syns - 12 1/2

Breakfast - All Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and mango.

Dinner - Grilled salmon, new potatoes(HEB) mixed with mayo and spring onions (1 syn), lettuce, tomato, cucumber and radish.

Tea - Bacon omellette followed by fruit salad (Kiwi, strawberries, grapes and mango)

Snack - Kelloggs fibre plus bar (5 1/2 syns)

Total syns for day - 6 1/2

Dinner - Left over grilled salmon, Cottage cheese, lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, red pepper and raddish.

Tea - Ham, cottage cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and radish followed by a kiwi.

Snack - Hifi bar.

Weigh in day and I have lost another 2 1/2lbs making a total loss of 10 1/2lbs in three weeks!!

Extra Easy Day today

HEA - Milk
HEB - Hifi bar

Breakfast - nothing(running late for SW Meeting)

Dinner - Ham, egg, lettuce, cucumber, red and green peppers, beetroot and some cous cous.

Tea - Spanish Chicken (Knor sauce 3 1/2 syns for 1/3 of a jar)

Total syns - 3 1/2

Breakfast - 2 Quorn sausages, lean bacon, baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Dinner - Cottage cheese and 2 ryvita(3 syns) followed with a couple of satsumas.

Snack - large piece of water melon

Tea - Pasta Bake with loads of mushrooms, garlic and carrots in it and a salad and a tiny sprinkling of Catherdral City light (1 syn)

Gin and slimline tonic (4 syns)

Total syns for the day - 8

Breakfast - 2 kiwis one satsuma and a Mullerlight yogurt.

Dinner - Left over pasta bake from last night and salad. (1 syn of cheese)

Tea - Spanish Chicken with boiled rice (3 1/2 syns for the Knorr sauce)

Total syns - 4 1/2 so far.

Breakfast - Banana and a satsuma

Dinner - 2 egg omellette with bacon, mushrooms and chives followed by 2 kiwis and few grapes.

Tea - Chilli made with Quorn mince and loads of veggies (whole red pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms) with loads left over for tomorrow or the freezer.

Gin and slimline tonic.

Total syns - 4

Snack - fruit salad consisting of melon, grapes, kiwi and satsuma.

Tea - Grilled salmon, new potatoes and salad
