Weigh in day and I have lost another 2 1/2lbs, I am now 12st 12lbs having lost 11lbs in 4 weeks!:):)

HEA - Milk
HEB - Hifi bar

Breakfast - missed as got up late for SW class.

Dinner - Left over turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, beetroot and spring onion. Grapes.

Tea - Chinese chicken and mushroom with boiled rice (7 syns)

Total syns - 7

Red day today

HEA - Milk

HEB - 42g All bran
HEB - 198g new potatoes

Breakast - All Bran (HEB) with milk (HEA) and a sliced banana - yum!

Snack - Muller light yogurt baked Cheesecake (1 syn)

Dinner - Morrisons Chicken Tikka pieces (1/2 syn) with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, radish and red pepper with one boiled egg and some low fat salad cream (1 syn)

Snack - 2 kiwis

Tea - Grilled Salmon, new potatoes with mayo (1syn) and spring onions and lettuce, cucumber, tomato, raddish and red pepper, low fat salad cream (1 syn)

Snack - melon

Total syns for the day - 4 1/2 so far

Breakfast - 42g All Bran (HEB) Milk (HEA) and sliced banana.

Snack - Muller light cherry yogurt.

Dinner - Morrisons bbq chicken pieces (1 syn I think), lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and radish with some low fat salad cream (1syn)

Tea - chicken and mushroom and boiled rice (10 syns)

Snack - satsuma

Total syns - 12

Breakfast - Muller light yogurt

Dinner - Ham, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, radish, beetroot and a spoonful of cottage cheese and a drizzle of salad cream (1syn)

Tea - BBQ chicken slices (1/2 syn) and more salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Snack - 2 skinny cow dippers - 6 syns and two gin and slimline tonics - 8 syns

Total syns - 16 1/2

Red Day today

Breakfast - All Bran(HEB) with sliced banana.

Dinner - Salmon and cucumber sandwiches(HEB) with little gem lettuce, cherry tomatoes, beetroot with drizzle of salad cream (1 syn) followed by 2 satsumas.

Snack - 2 satsumas and a Mullerlight yogurt.

Tea - Bacon, mushroom and chive omellette with salad and a spoonful of cottage cheese.

Snack - 4 Kiwis and 2 Alpen light bars(6 syns) and gin and tonic (4 syns)

Total syns - 11

This was the first day I really struggled! I could not stop thinking about food all evening and felt miserable with it, I NEEDED some chocolate or cake! However I am glad to say that I did choose well and didn't blow it like I usually would have done. Tomorrow is another day.

Easter Day - Sunday 24 April 2011

Extra Easy Day I think.

HEA - milk as usual
HEB - Hifi bar this evening

Breakfast - 2 Quorn Sausages, 2 lean bacon, tomatoes and spaghetti hoops.

Dinner - Roast turkey, roast potatoes (frylight) carrots, green beans, peas, bread sauce (? syns), gravy (? syns).

Tea - Ham Salad

Snacks - 2 satsumas

Syns for the day - ??

HEB - 1 Alpen Light bar

Breakfast - Banana and a Mullerlight Strawberry cheese cake yogurt (1 syn)

Dinner - egg omellette with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, smoked lean bacon, spring onions, chives and basil with a spoonful of cottage cheese - yummy! Followed by a couple of satsumas.

Snack - Mini Milk x 2 (3syns)

Tea - Grilled Salmon, new potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, salad cream (2 syns)

Total syns - 6

I lost 3 1/2lbs today at weigh in and was, for the first time ever, Slimmer of the Week!!! I am so chuffed, I have now lost 18lbs in 6 weeks.
We have booked a holiday to Turkey in September and now want to get off as much as possible for then.

HEA - milk
HEB - 2 Alpen Light Bars

Breakfast - Banana and satsuma

Dinner - Left over grilled salmon, lettuce, radish, cucumber and tomato with a drizzle of low fat diet cream(1 1/2 syns)

Tea - Spanish Chicken with boiled rice (3 1/2 syns)

Total syns for the day - 5

Breakfast - Large fruit salad consisting of 2 types of melon, grapes and mango and a Mullerlight yogurt.

Dinner - In late so just had few slices of beef and a Mug Shot which was vile!

Tea - Pasta Bake

Syns today - 0 (saving for wine at weekend)

Had a great day, been shopping and treated myself to a few things and really enjoyed it.

HEA - Milk
HEB - 2 x Alpen Light bars

Breakfast - Banana

Dinner - Just a few rolls of ham

Tea - Chinese chicken and mushrooms and boiled rice - 6 syns

3 x Gin and slim line tonics - 12 syns

Total syns for the day - 18!!

Dinner - Bacon, potato, red peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, spring onions, parsley and chives frittata made with 5 eggs (1/2 left over for snacking or tomorrows dinner) with baked beans.

Snack - 2 satsumas

Tea - grilled salmon, potatoes, lettuce, cucumber, raddish, spring onions, red peppers and tomatoes with low fat salad cream (2 syns)

Total syns for the day - 2 so far..
