breakfastat so simple and raspberries(heB)
dinner:huge jacket potatoe with prawns and cootage cheese (asdas good for you)
teaasta with pork mince and tomatoes with herbs and cauliflower
doing ee maybe later will be desert with mullerlight plus fruit
so motivated to get some weight off looking forward to reading your diaries
