hi all feel free to reply
new to this so on here to get motivation and for you lots to help me if going wrong today is first day so here go;s
breakfast:eek:at so simple and raspberries(heB)
dinner:huge jacket potatoe with prawns and cootage cheese (asdas good for you)
tea:pasta with pork mince and tomatoes with herbs and cauliflower
doing ee maybe later will be desert with mullerlight plus fruit
so motivated to get some weight off looking forward to reading your diaries

well first day over with enjoyed it all and not hungry :)

day 2 red day
breakfast:bacon buttie with wholemeal roll(heb)
dinner:4 slices of ham with ex light low fat cheese spread(hea)
tea:sw quiche done with bacon and quorn sausage and salad
snacks fruit and alpen light bars(heb)
might have some wine later for syns
