Jodie's EE food diary...am i doing it right??

Hey everyone, just wanted to start this thread to get some insight as to whether I'm doing the extra easy plan ok..I've been doing it since Monday so weigh in day is only a few days away :)

Here's what I had today - 5/2

Breakfast
1 vegetarian sausage (Linda mcartney) - 2 syns
Half a tomato- superfree
Mushrooms - superfree
1 rashes of bacon fat removed
57g wholemeal bread - HeB
Beans

Lunch
Slimming eats roasted red pepper quiche-HeA and salad

Dinner
Slimming world spaghetti bolognese

Snacks
Orange
Apple
Banana
Might have a bag of cheese and onion crisps soon for 9 syns :)

I think I'm getting it now...it's the superfree food I'm not sure about. I am just trying to get 1/3 superfree food in each meal. I suppose it's better to be filled up with superfree then other free food.

Any suggestions would be great :)
Fingers crossed for the Monday weigh in! I'm worried that because I'm not starving like I have been on other diets this means I won't have lost anything....if I have then this is the best diet ever!!!!!!!!!

slimming eats squidgy chocolate cake (quarter) 2.5 syns.
morrisons baked cheese and onion crisps (25g): - 5

Total syns: - 13
HeA: - 28g chedder cheese in quiche
HeB: - 57g wholemeal bread

I think your diary looks great, your useing all your sf (which i keep forgetting!) :eek: its also varied and healthy well done! keep going weigh in tomorrow for us both! fingers crossed xx:D

Lost 1 pound only...but totally cheated on Friday and had a KFC and some sweets! lol I'm useless at sticking to things but I really wanna see some serious loss so definitely gonna carry on! :eek:)

half a tomato (free)

Snack: - Kiwi (free), Organge (free), Apple (free), FF muller light (free),
rest of my Hea (70ml of milk)

Syns: - 28g Cheddar Cheese used in quiche: - 6
Tea with milk and sweetener: - 0.5
= 6.5

Hey you lost thats awsome! i think your doing great , mmm kfc its the devils food, the reason i think im being so good is because my broken tooth wont allow much pigging! even a wagon wheel treat is zinging away at the nerve :mad:... well i lost 6lbs!!:eek: very pleased, but i think alot was water cause ive been peeing like a geriatric ! your diary is looking great keep it up suga! x:)

2 slices of ww wholemeal thick (chicken fingers) : - 6.5
1 tsp honey (chicken fingers): - 1
Half tsp mustard: - 0.25
= 13.75!!

So organised today!! I messed up a bit here...was supposed to have a yogurt and some fruit for breakfast so that my HeB could be used on my dinner (chicken fingers) but I totally forgot and reached straight for the oats so simple packet this morning!! Oh well..no treat for me today...was gonna go for a shapers bar...hopefully I don't keel over today without it!!!!!!

D: - Nothing!!!!! Went to a friends house after the gym and didn't get home until 10...after a shower and stuff totally couldn't be bothered to think about what I was allowed to eat! Just had my glass of milk and went to bed! :(

Syns: -
1 tsp honey: - 1
0.5 tsp mustard 0.25

I'm doing ok actually...a lot better than the first week. I've got over my sweet cravings and I'm feeling full most of the time so I don't reach for those evil treats after dinner :)

How's your week going? You've been doing this for a while haven't you?

Good luck on your weigh in..was it today or tomorrow not sure when you posted. Mines on Monday. I totally cheated in my first week with a mammoth KFC binge so only lost a pound but this week I've been extra good so I'm really excited about Monday now. :)

Just seen that you've been doing it since 18th of Jan...your weekly losses look great! I'd be so pleased if mine started to look like yours!! fingers crossed..let me know how it goes this week :) x

L: - Sainsburys veggie ravioli...so nice!! (2 syns)

D: - Sainsburys Instant Noodles (yellow packet) chicken flavour: - 3 syns

Snacks: - Orange, bit of grapefruit, Banana, 250ml of ss milk (HeA)

Syns: - ravioi - 2
shortbread biscuit: - 5.5 (someone put loads out on a plate at work :( I treated myself to one only with a cup of tea, just to get it out of my system)
tea - 0.5
Sainsburys noodles - 3
1 finger from a 2 finger kit kat! : - 2.75
= 13.75! :eek:)

Feeling positive these last couple of days...think it's because I'm really not suffering on this 'diet' and I'm just getting on with it which is brilliant! Can't wait for weigh in day to give me some more motivation....hoping for a loss of 2...think I can do it :)
