Breakfast: - 2 x wholemeal toast (HEA) with beans (FREE)

Lunch: - Cous Cous (Free), Tuna in Brine (Free), Red Kidney Beans (Free), Green Peppers (Free), Red Onion (Free), Balsamic Vinegar (Free),

Dinner: - Not quite sure yet, any suggestions?

P.S I'm new to this so if I've written somethign that isn't free as free could someone let me know if I'm wrong that would help alot.
