Hi Guys
Just joined Cambridge- have tried in the past but only lasted a week, Was wanted your advice, i am off work this week, and was supposed to be starting SS this week, but i think i will find it too hard being at home . Where as at work i generally dont eat anything during the day, and think it will be much easier. My question is i have a test before a job interview on the 4th May, do I either wait till after the test to avoid brain fog, or start over the weekend and hope to be in ketosis?:sigh:
