How's today gone?
My advice (for what it's worth - your loss is amazing!!) is:

-Stick to the refeeding plan 100% for at least 2 weeks
-Keep a diary of everything you eat and what exercise you do
-As your calorie intake goes up, try to increase your exercise
-Keep going to the pharmacist for support
-Try using myfitnesspal.com - I've found it really helpful
-Find out your BMR and try to keep your calorie intake as close to it as you can

Glad you have maintained your weight, its not easy is it! And I hope all goes well with your plastic surgeon. Don't leave it so long for another update ya hear! hehe x
