Have you ever tried the slim fast ready made chocolate shake? YYYUUUUMMMM!

I had one left in the cupboard and thought with having a poorly tum yesterday that I would have it this morning ... wow it was delicious!

To be honest I just had the slimfast shake as I have had a major stomach bug and needed something but couldn't face eating (if that makes sense!) It was nice though and I may have to get a few more in!

Marie ... its going ok at the moment. I lost 3lbs due to being ill for the 3 days but when Ive weighed myself today I have gained back 2 of those 3lbs but then again I have been drinking loads as I feel really deydrated!

Starlight - slimfast choc shakes work out at 3.5 points each.

Im feeling much better today. The sickness bug spread to my other little boy last night so thats a full house now and hopefully its over and done with! Not a nice bug.

Ive managed to stay within my points now for 2 whole days which is an achievement for me! LOL! Had some lovely salmn and parsley sauce last night .. mmmm

So heres to another good day 3 ...........

Morning all.

I just can't seem to shift this blimming stomach bug! Just when my stomach feels fine its suddenly all gurgly and burpy again. Its been 5 days now since I was sick and I had 2 'normal' days of eating before it was bad again!
Oh well I suppose it will get better in its own time won't it!

Hope you are all ok. Its a lovely sunny day here in Stoke On Trent! Makes a change for the weekend!
