Well its been so cold here today. Frosty and cold!
Ive worked a few extra hours too so I haven't been eating.
My Nephew has been taken to hospital, he has had a 3 1/2 hour fit this time. little love. The docs say that he has a throat infection and its raised his temperature too high causing this fit. They are trying to bring it down and then he can go back home. Bless him. He is so beautiful and such a happy chappy!

so sorry to hear bout your nephew.....what an ordeal for him to have a 3 1/2 hour fit.....poor wee mite.....fingers crossed he will be up and about again soon.....

Morning all.
Spoke to mum this morning and Kieron (my nephew) is awake now and has eaten breakfast. His temperature is back down and they are waiting for the doctor to see him.
I don't know if Ive told you about him before. (Debz32 I'm sure Ive told you!). Kieron is 4 years old,
Kieron was born at 28 weeks, the day after I had my twins. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he now has epilepsy and also has a rare chromosome disorder (a missing one!) We (the family) fundraise like mad for him as the government will only pay bits towards essential equipment he needs. We did an auction night last August which raised about £4500 which goes towards a new specialised bed for him. He is such a happy little boy. He is always smiling. And he is so clever too. He is a little angel.

Jools! .. Im sorry to hear your Nephew has been poorly! I was just wondering if there is a name for what he has got?
My best friend in Cornwall has a son who has a Chromosone disorder! and its so rare it doesnt have a name! .. just "end of chromosone one missing" ... He is a darling boy 7 and always smiling . Sorry if its not the same. There are only 24 people in the world with this disorder.

Evening all,
I am really down (think Starlights black cloud has come my way). Ive not been to work for the past 2 days. I couldn't be bothered. Ive had headache and to top it all off the sickness bug the whole house had last week has resurfaced. I feel really run down and I really can't be arsed with anything.
I want to give up my diet ... well what diet really? Am I on a diet? Ive lost no weight since I started on the 2nd January - NONE - NADA - BUGGER ALL.
I just don't know what to do for the best anymore. I really don't. I haven't got the patience to count my points and I find it far too easy to cheat as Ive lost my self discipline too.
HELP ME! WIRE MY JAW SOMEONE!

I just wanted to come over and give you a ~huggle~ ... You need to concentrate on getting yourself and your fam better! .. you cant work miracles. ... I dont know what to suggest regarding diet! wait until your feeling on top form and start again! ... re-read your books, plan your meals drink lots of water! ... The black cloud will lift again!
