Restarting!
Sick of writing stuff on paper and Ive totally lost track of my syns this week :sigh: Soo starting from tomorrow. Plus will help me get some motivation from you guys.

1) I deff need to drink more water
2) I reallllly need to eat more fruit and veg
3) I need to decide what I am doing each day instead of switching and changing.
 
23/09/09 - RED

B - 2 slice of french toast (HEXB), small omlette. Banana, muller light.
L - BBQ cheese (HEXA) burgers with salad. 2 x Tangerines
D - Tuna mayo with spring onions with salad.
S - 2 x alpen lights (HEXB)

Cups of tea and the egg mix for my FT & Omlette - Milk (HEXA)

Syns
Tsbp of Tomato sauce = 1 syn
Tbsp of Ex.Light Mayo = 0.5 syn
Mini milk = 1.5 syn

24/09/09 - GREEN

B - 2 slice of bread (HEXB), fried egg and baked beans.
L - Baked potatoes with 2 x HEXA's of FF cheese with salad n beetroot (SS)
D - Egg, chips and beetroot (SS)
S - 2 x alpen lights (HEXB), mullerlight and a tangerine.

Syns
1/2 Tsbp of Tomato sauce = 0.5 syn
Flora x 2 = 2 syn
Treat size twirl = 6 syn
Milk dashes x 2 = 1 syn

B - Alpen light (HEXB) & Shape yog
L - Mince n tatties (HEXB) with brocoli
D - Coldmeat salad with cheese (HEXA)
S - 2 x alpen lights (HEXB)

1/2 tsp cornflour = 0.5 syn
1 tbsp Ex light mayo = 0.5 syn
Mini milk = 1.5 syn
Vodka & D.pepsi = 2.5 syn
Treat size twirl = 6 syn

Feel like I cant stop eating today and its weigh in tomorrow morning :( The only thing I am looking forward to is my syns being restarted for the week.
 
I'm still not eating enough fruit and veg :(
 
Weigh in day - 2.5lbs off!!
