Have previously lost 2 st 5 on SW. Come to a standstill at the mo so using slim fast / ultra slim (bars) to help shift the weight. Started today! Here's my diary!

Breakfast- choc shake.
Snack- satsuma
Lunch- choc crunch bar & small bowl of salad (lettuce cucumber celery tomatoes)

Need to up my water big time and will be doing an exercise DVD after work. :-D xx
 
Afternoon snack was SF cheddar bites. Dinner was chicken salad in a wholemeal pitta. Yum yum. 1st day down....
 
How were the cheddar bites,just ordered some in my weekly shop x

Very nice. Quite strong in the cheese factor side! Lol
 
Day 2!
Breakfast - banana shake
Snack- nothing as wasn't hungry
Lunch- choc crunch bar and small side salad of lettuce cucumber tomato celery
Snack- SF pretzels

1 litre fluid so far.
 
Updating for rest of day

Dinner- SW diet coke chicken recipe with noodles broccoli and sprouts.
After dinner- banana done in foil on BBQ. Yum yum

I failed myself last night n had pizza n fries take away. Hoping i can recover it today as worked out was about 200/300 calories over so going to ditch snacks today. Friday nights always a bad 1 4 me. Do u find it difficult on weekends? X

Awww I wouldn't worry too much about it. 200/300 calories isn't much to go over by. If you find yourself needing the snacks today, I suggest you have them but maybe do exercise to help compensate for the extra cals. I find Sunday's the worst day for me. I just want to graze all day. My boyfriend is taking me out for dinner tonight which will be nice. :) going to a steak restaurant yum yum! X

Ooh jealous..love a good steak. Yes might get on the wii zumba 4 an hour. Usually get 2 the gym 2/3 times a week but with it been Easter its shut early yesterday n this Monday so had 2 skip it this week with working. Enjoy yourself tonight x

Ooh what's the Zumba on wii like? Got to admit, I brought it about a month ago and still haven't done it. Ooops! Might give it a go before lunch. Just had my breakfast which was premade choc shake.
 
Lunch is strawberry shake. Treated myself to a new shaker which is fab and really froths the shake.

That looks easier than putting it in blender everytime..might have 2 get 1. Zumba wii is ok but never the same doing it in the front room is it lol. Iv only used it about 4 times n had it a year or so Haha. Going 2 get on it in an hour whilst little 1 naps x

Yeah it's much easier than a blender. It's £1.99 in Argos . Bargain! :-D x

I had my breakfast at 9 this morning and I'm not hungry yet. This is odd for me!!

How did the weekend go Kelly. Did u enjoy ur meal sat night. Iv done rubbish :-( back to it today. X
 
Hey weekend went well but totally went over the top with food on sat night! I had: broccoli and cheese soup to start with came with bread , then I had steak and few ribs with jacket potato and salad. I had a yogurt when I got home but not the low fat kind. Oops! I have had a cheeky weigh and it doesnt seem to have hindered it do here's hoping! I still go to my SW class on a Tuesday evening for support mainly so I get weighed tomo after 6 days on SF.
How has your weekend been? X

Mmm sounds yummy..i believe in having a treat once a week tho iv had 2 this week. Pizza 1 night then yesterday i had fish n chips n a kit kat chunky n no slim fast all day..oops lol. Not going 2 weigh myself until weds morning. Even if its just 2 pounds ill be happy. Got my head in gear 2day n got it all planned out 4 the next 2 days so hopefully 5 days out of 7 Will be enough. Good luck at weigh in tomorrow x

Having treat day a week sounds good. I usually have my treat tues night after weigh in and eat what ever dinner I fancy like mac Donald's or even if it's just a big fat sandwich lol.
 
Having really bad tummy troubles at the moment and think it might have something to do with the amount of milk I consume on this diet. :-( if it doesn't get any better I will have to stop using the diet. :-(

Oh dear. Iv been ok so far but heard a few people say the same. How did weigh in go x
