Have previously lost 2 st 5 on SW. Come to a standstill at the mo so using slim fast / ultra slim (bars) to help shift the weight. Started today! Here's my diary!
Breakfast- choc shake.
Snack- satsuma
Lunch- choc crunch bar & small bowl of salad (lettuce cucumber celery tomatoes)
Need to up my water big time and will be doing an exercise DVD after work. :-D xx
