    I've been writing my diary else where like a loser.

    Thought it would make more sense on here though since people keep asking home I'm getting on :)

    I'm on day 11 now I'm taking pictures every couple of days because I'm obsessed with this diet now :/

    I'm not sure about posting anything yet but I'm happy in the change I've seen :)

    I've already lost more inches and more pounds than I thought I would
    And any dignity I had left, at my dads having to run to the toilet after sneezing because week twos dodgy tummy fun nearly made a mess.
    Hey I'm all thrills aren't I? Hahaha
    But the above thing has stopped now, 4 days along, and only really in the evenings , phew :)

    Feeling a bit tired the past two days I'm seeing the connection with the gross part though .

    I've not given much information about myself even though I babble on, sort if want to give some background of how I've ended up here. A lovely toxic mixture to be honest ...

    After years of being fobbed off to stay at my grandparents for 90% of my childhood, I picked up their eating habits (both big) along with the fact most nans shove sweets down their grand kids mouths to make them behave haha ... But also if they're upset (yes you'll see this pattern soon haha)
    Not telling a sob story don't worry ... :)

    Had a big family upset which lasted a few years causing a lot of upset, then came the junk food to cheer me up, I met my ex husband we had kids and I actually lost the weight during the pregnancies for the next couple of months after...
    Then the mother in law giving digs and him quitting his job and me having to sort everything out myself etc etc ... Then being told I had post natal depression (wrong diagnosis... Wrong meds) made me spiral out of control ... So so much comfort eating was done ... Medication always made me gain because I was craving even more
    Always knew to eat eat eat to be happy happy happy, but looked back at a whale so was sad sad sad and ate more more more haha

    Since then I've been diagnosed with bipolar and I'm medicated and it does cause weight gain so I would stop taking them and mess my life up again ...

    Long story short I'm back on track
    I'm sorting my life out
    Cutting out life time bad habits
    And for the first time in my life we be a healthy weight.

    I just hope the also suspected case of pcos doesn't catch up on me, waiting for tests and more scans .

    So much information in one post eh?

    Ahh not really that hard more frustrating :')

    Depekote (think its spelled) ... I've been on and off loads though, all causing more weight gain haha :( -sigh- seem to be settling on these.
    People in the support group were on this with lithium :/ which scares me loads.
    What are you on?

    I never go to the support groups. I prefer to hide away! Haha!

    I take seroquel, ametriptelyine, carbamarzipine and sertraline.

    Yeah lithium is something i strive to avoid.

    Ive had to stop taking ametriptilyine because its stops me getting into ketosis. But my doc said its ok and if i feel like im having trouble she can give me another type of med.

    I'm too impatient to wait months to look back so I've taken pics every couple of days haha ... This is day 1 and day 11 ... I love the progress already :3

    Argh it didn't show me your reply at first haha sorry

    I found an old box of ametriptilyne earlier ha I hated the drowsiness they caused.
    Never thought they could stop ketosis you know :|
    How you finding your meds?
    I've got an appointment in about two weeks to review mine :) I'm pretty glad I feel good on one pill :/

    Took me around 2 years to find the right meds. Im not sure how well they work as i cant see a difference! But everyone else can. But been on them 2 years solid now :)

    diet related post.
    past 3 days I've been feeling really tired to the point of dropping off even when I've got up pretty late.
    If it carries on i'm going to have to my doctor again and get my bloods done to check my iron levels.
    I'm usually anemic haha ... joys of being a vegetarian eh

    As it's not official weigh in day I'm not putting them down ...
    But measures myself :) happy happy haha I know I'm losing the inches, the scales don't seem to of made a difference this week though :/

    Well done on your losses so far you really notice the difference in the pics and only 11 days your going to blast to your target keep up the great work xx

    Wow - the difference from day 1 to day 11 is fab!!
    Imagine what it will be like in another 11 days!!!

    Hi, just found your diary :) Those pictures are amazing, such a huge difference!! I've got a photo of me when I started, like yours, not sure I dare take another one just in case I look no different!! lol You hold your weight very well, I'm much more rolly and flabby!!

    I'll be doing a two week one tomorrow tonight so it's more even haha :) probs wont look much different to that though :')
    You should take them, my favourite part of this site is the inspiration pics if I make my own I'd be so chuffed haha even of I see it coming off bit by bit . Try it :)
    I've been told this about my weight before,and told that I don't look as big as I actually weigh, think its all in my boobs haha

    Good luck today! I forgot to do measurements since restarting, did them the other day though so I'll probably start doing them each WI from next week.
