Judd in a nutshell

Ok so I found this section because I was thinking of doing a 5.2 diet but I was planning on keeping the 5 part pretty moderate, but as I read a bit more here that seems a little against the theory. Is the extra down day in Judd essential also is eating lots on the up day essential - maybe I should just read the book?
 
You don't need to get the book. Google dr Johnstons alternate day diet- and it will bring up his website. Everything you need to know is there in bite size pieces
