Juicy Lucy's Journey with SW

First weigh in with SW and I have lost 1lb, I am delighted as due on any day now. I was so sure I hadn't lost as so bloated. Back into the 14's too :)

Today's food
Hea - 250mls milk
Heb - 2 x bread

Breakfast - egg, bacon, tom and mushrooms.

Lunch - left over pulled pork sandwich(heb), coleslaw(0.5)and tomato.
Banana, orange and banana.

Dinner - BBQ ribs (11 syns), egg fried rice (pepper, spring onion, peas, carrots, egg and brown rice)

Tired.com my fella had no sleep last night due to his pain levels, resulting in me not sleeping great. Food day not the greatest but will make up for it tomorrow ....
Hea - milk
Heb - bread

Breakfast - left over rice pudding(1)with strawberries

Snack - twister lolly and banana

Lunch - toast(heb) with cottage cheese
Grapes

Dinner - chicken hotpot(6) frozen yuk meal with loads of mixed veg
Activia 0%

Needed a choc fix so had a freddo(5)

Sorry I didn't fill the rest of yesterday's food in, went to bed early as bad stomach cramps. Woke in the early hours of this morning with dreadful stomach pain and was sick. Partner called out emergency doctor and was given a injection to ease the cramps. If things get worse I will have to go into hospital. Touch wood moderate pain at the moment. :(
Only managed 1 slice of toast so far today, might try some plain pasta later.

I made this weetabix cake yesterday, which is very yummy. Will post recipe on here later.
Serves: 12
Syns per serving: 3½ Syns ANY DAY

Ingredients

2 Weetabix
113g/4oz sultanas
142ml/5floz skimmed milk
142ml 5floz water
113g/4oz self-raising flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
14g/½ oz artificial sweetener (optional)
1 egg, beaten



Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC, 350ºF or Gas Mark 4

2. Put the Weetabix and sultanas in a bowl. Pour the milk and water over the top and leave to soak up all the liquid.

3. Stir in the flour, mixed spice, sweetener and beaten egg.

4. Spoon the mixture into a 454g (1lb) lined/non-stick loaf tin and bake in the preheated oven for 1¼ hours until cooked.

5. Cool on a wire rack before serving then cut into 12 slices.

Oh boy I ache everywhere and feel like I could burst into tears. :(
Bless my fella his been amazing the last few days looking after me, which is not easy for him when he struggles so much with his own health. He is going to make burgers for tea tonight with SW chips. Not sure how much super free foods I will manage today as my tummy feels so delicate still.

Oh no sorry to hear you're not well, what does the Dr think is causing it? Have you been sick too? Hope you get better soon, it's awful when you feel like that :eek:(

I was very :9529: , the injection and tablet they gave me was to treat IBS which seems to link in with when my period starts. But this has been the worse episode I've had, I was screaming in pain. I am going to make a appointment with my doctor, the last consultant I was seeing said they would not do any more till I lost more weight but my family and friends think I should get a second opinion, so that's what I'm going to do.
Just resting now and hopefully will feel more human tomorrow! x

Oh no poor you, that sounds awful. I suffer from IBS myself and have bad flare ups now and again which literally leave me crying in pain, it's no fun. Luckily it only happens about once or twice a year. I agree, you should get a second opinion, don't give up until you get the answers you are satisfied with. Hope you feel better tonight :) (no constipated smilies tonight :D :D )

Lunch - supper noodles(10) yes to many syns but had eaten before I knew :( , mixed veg and chicken skewers!

Dinner - homemade beef burger, salsa, corn on the cob, gherkins, beetroot and SW chips.
Baked egg custard made with hea so not syning them served mixed berries!

Breakfast - activia 0% yoghurt and banana
Lunch- Ryvita - heb, cheese triangles - hea, celery, carrots , activia yog and a peach.

Dinner- Roast chicken with a cumin rub, served with roasted sweet potato, pepper, butter nut squash and red onion.
