    Breakfast

    2 x Weetabix HeB
    1/2 Galia Melon

    Lunch

    Salad
    2 x Chicken drumsticks (No skin)
    1tlbs of Tzatziki - 1 1/2
    Grapes

    Dinner

    Lean Steak
    Grilled Mushrooms
    Garden Peas
    Carrots
    Mini Chomp - 3

    Total Syns - 4 1/2

    Since I'm new to this if anyone can see anything wrong or helpful hints for making it better please feel free to post.

    Am trying to keep to around 10 syns or less a day but the idea of a burger without a bun still isn't working for me.

    I was going to have 2 pancakes but doing this diary is really helping me keep an eye on what I am eating and making different choices :)

    Well yesterday was a bit of a lie, DH didn't fancy the blueberry pancakes so we gave them a miss.......
    ......which led to me having 2 kitkats instead!! Very naughty indeed and added another 5 syns to my list so yesterday was actually 16 syns :(
    Definately have to try harder today, especially if I want to get my half stone sticker next week :)

    So here goes today...

    Bad day yesterday :(

    We decided to go out to dinner instead of having it at home and I found a place on here that sounded great.
    When we got there they had decided that the healthy options menu wasn't needed anymore and weren't offering it.

    I ended up having Chicken Balti and Mushroom Rice with a little Naan bread. Which all added up to 15 syns, very annoying.

    Will try harder!!!

    I quite enjoyed yesterdays dinner, I was supposed to have fish but DH decided to go out and I didn't want to make it for one.
    Will try and have it over the weekend though as it is quite good for you I hear :)
