Hi I lost 4 stone previously well about 10 years ago an now after trying quit the ciggies
an illness/accident Im needing to loose it again.
Im very positive :D
so hoping others join me... Im at home all week but party most weekends so thats a challenge lol

B- I wholemeal toast 2 eggs
semi milk for coffee's in day
L- I toast an cheese brocoli pasta n sauce
D- mash veg turkey mince
an gravy 2 sins
fruit..plums..may have sugar free jelly an fruit cocktail

Good luck, welcome back and i hope to achieve all you set out too,( btw a sugar free jelly still contains syns)
 
which one did you have? was it the hartleys, i think its only 0.5syns so its still a treat
 
the make youre own one?@ im sure its 1.5 syns per sachet. Its 1/2 a syn for the ready made pot!

mm not bad at 1 an half then
I try not to have too many syns in the week as I use them for weekends/alcohol :D
 
Well yesterday in the end I skipped the fruit and jelly
and had the other toast with golden syrup as was on a sugar hit..

today (red)
A- semi milk half of it be the 1%fat type
B - bacon eggs tomatoes
L- home-made burger an 1 brown bread (b)
D- as above plus salad 2nd half of (b) bread
snacks muller yogurt and fruit

I mainly have 4-5 coffees an flavoured water
trying to increase my water an decrease the coffee ;)

going to make lamb curry today an marinate it slowly for tomorrow yum x

Well yesterday didnt really go to plan
I did have the breakfast but got bogged down with work
my son bought me some choc chip cookies so had a couple
then went out had a bag of chips an sausage as was hungry

so will say 30 syns for that lot :eek:

Today red...

bananna

Was going to go out but after syns from yesterday im skipping it x

not too bad..yesterday was bloated but think its eggs as im funny on them sometimes

I did stick to the plan but had 3 digestives with chocolate so 15 syns
but oh well was no booze..I made like meatloaf instead of burgers as dont have get all gooie then :D
was just extra lean mince,bacon, onions. garlic salt an worchester sauce x no egg was really rich an filling
my son had most an I had a square with bit of salad x made the best lamb curry ever an had that with bit instant mash instead of jacket pot


today- green
B- beans on 2 toast (b)
l- yogurt/fruit
D- spageti bolognese with extra lean beef mince
I make the sauce an serve with lots spageti
4 ex light laughing cow cheese
fruit straight after
(a) semi milk but the less fat type for coffees

prob wont have my other (b) but if i go out I save it for egg on toast when I get in xx
 
yesterday changed to
2 slices pizza 20 syns
and corn beef hash

today
going to harvesters..so salad salad and chicken with jacket potatoe
veg
going try eat some toast (b)
an probable 1 roll (b)
syns will be 1 butter

booze tonight
so say 70 syns :eek: but i be dancing all night x
 
thanks, didnt go harvesters in the end
so thinking of having sausages an mash /beans

I agree in what we said so open to trying new group
I go new one this week then old one for the 2 weeks then
be like a restart ;-)

Im on some new tablets so it help me just incase I put on some weight with them
there meant to help my ibs symptoms ..I hopeso
Anyway I didnt go to the pub last night just watched the movie
it so good cant wait til part 2 is out:D

ok so todays plan
green
B- banana plus yougurt
L- pitta (b) plus 5 extra light lc cheese an cucumber
D- mash beans ..thinking of having fish in parsley sauce..so going look at if any syns or lentil curry
fruit

(A) Semi milk for coffees
(b) pitta maybe will update later xx
