Weighed myself this morning and was only down 0.2lb.
Obviously didnt make my target but have signed up for August challenege after gathering some motivation from the site.
Well done to all that met their targets.
 
slipped up massively so failed to meet my goal this month, oops. well done to everyone though, whether you met your goals or not.
