Hiya,

Room for one more? I have finally decided that I have to lose this weight as I am getting heavier with each passing year and my knees are starting to hurt, so I weighed myself last Friday and will weigh myself each Friday.
My aim for July is 7lbs. Was hoping to do a bit of walking but the weather is too hot to take my little ones out this week so hopefully I will get going on that as soon as it cools a little.

Just adding my weight from last Friday, was down 1.8 lb so happy with that. Not feeling as confident this week but we will see. Having a coffee now without a bicky or ten which would have been the norm for me, so there's a move in the right direction!
