I know that it's been warm the last wee while and therefore everyone has slipped accordingly with their plan.
So post a target for June and let's get back into the swing of things.
Do what you can over the month and find out where you are regarding your goals.

My addition to June 2018 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1118 km.
I log all my rides on Friendfit.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 26 out of 30 Days at an average of 43 km each exercise day.
I have dropped my target due to the warm weather and increasing the exercise bikes level of resistance.
I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.

Previous Months

2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km
2017) December 1070 km, November 985.8 km, October 1090 km, September 970 km, August 494 km.

10,645.3 km covered from August 2017 to Jun 1st 2018.

Exercise Bike 43.40 km in a dual session on the 1st June.
Although added on the 2nd June.
Current Distance 43.4 km this month out of 1118 km.
Due to having ginger cake and a cold tin of dairy custard for supper my single session today changed to a dual.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph & 120-130 bpm.
Weight down to 216 lbs (15.42 st) from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 210 lb (14.99 st)

I’ve slacked over the first 5 months of this year so hoping June will see me get back into exercising.

I’m not sticking to just one bit of equipment. So my aim in a day is 30 mins extra. I clean a school for 2 hours and most days go out for a 20 min walk.

My extra will be one of either out for a bike ride,treadmill, elpiticial trainer,skipping,hula hooping.

1st June was 30 mins on treadmill.
 
I've made myself a spreadsheet to get back on it as I slacked a bit in May.

In June I'm going for 50 miles plus 10 extra sessions broken down as follows:

Running - 16 miles
Walking -10
Cycling - 21
Swimming - 3

I have also put:
Yoga sessions 4 sessions
Horse riding 6 sessions

I'm already off and running😁

Running - 3.5/16 miles
Walking - 2/10
Cycling - 0/21
Swimming - 0/3

Yoga sessions 0/4 sessions
Horse riding 1/6 sessions
 
@Chubby Ghost how are you doing now? I know you had stalled a bit when we last spoke. Are you up and losing again now?

Adjusting the resistance on the exercise and being slightly more watchful has been beneficial weight down to 216 lbs.
A loss of around half a stone (?) from the time the weight was climbing. It may be slightly more or less.
I'm hoping to lose another stone between now and October but time will tell.
It just takes diligence, determination and discipline.

Current Distance 86.3 km this month out of 1118 km.

For quickness I normally just copy from previous post and update details of exercise completed.
But I forgot to change that my weight had fallen to 216 lbs.
Never mind it's the quirks of old age !!!!

Looking back over when we last spoke it looks like I have lost 9.5 lbs in the intervening period of almost two months..
I'm quite happy with that over that period of time therefore I feel losing another stone is potentially achievable by October.

Yeah, I've had few comments saying that my face is thinner and now almost no belly.
But it's hard to see things for yourself.
It's more a case of trying clothes that used to fit and being able to get into them again.
Physically, I certainly feel the difference no more knee pains which I attributed to the original weight.
I'm kind of lucky in the sense that due to both my sister and father being diabetic that the weight gain did not cause that.
