just wondering, everyone who has had mega fab weight loss, have you all been exercising/going to the gym and stuff? i really want to well on this and didnt know if i need to be getting off my hopefully-soon-to-be-not-so-squidgy-bum??

i am on my 2nd week and yesterday i joined aqua aerobics,,have my slendertone shorts on also as we speak,,lol,,walked kids to school this morn,,and house like a new pin,,i'm planning on building up my exercise as i go on,,so hopefully weight will stay off when i'm finished

thanks kellybelly, ive just been looking at those shorts after reading you guys talk about them!:) they should give a forum discount lol! maybe ill wait till my 2nd wk like you and start doing something, may have a bit more energy then

You Dont Have To Do Much Exercise To Lose Weight Hun....as You Are Burning Pure Fat, With Nothing Else Going In Just Your Normal Day Activty Is Ok.... If Anything I Would Say Toning Exercises And Maybe A Little Cardio To Get Use To It For When You Stop Lt! But Dont Over Do It Remember You Are Only Having Very Few Cals And Carbs!!! We Dont Want You Flaking Out On Us!!!! X

thanks guys, im looking at a pair on ebay as we speak lol my bottom half is my HUGE problem area so think i may invest in some :D just going upstairs for a wee is knackering me out at the mo

I ha a slip up after week one and my bf hired me a cross trainer at home which has been great whenever i want food i go a sweat my cravings out although i still can only do about 9min before my i half to lie on the floor and recover. I also just got the wii fitt which is great but i excited about these slendertone shorts are you guys really noticing a difference ???

Yup used them for 1 week and my jeans felt slacker and bum was better .... loving them my legs are my trouble area

Hi - I lost 65llbs (isnt mega but was mega for me LOL)........I did light 'ish" weights (arms, tum, bum, thights) and 15 minutes of cardio - slow jog....about 30/45 minutes 3 times a week..and it really made a difference in terms of inch reduction. You need to wait till you have established on LT....I started after week 3....

i sure do think 65lb is mega well done, im only on 2nd week and not thought about exercise yes, but then at work i must walk 3 mile or more a night phew thats enough for now i think, plus i take my dog for lots of walks. oh my tummy is rummbleing

i agree with you will, 65lb is FAN-DABBY-DOSEY!!!! well done you! yeh i think ill wait a wee while before starting anything, not got the energy at the mo.

No exercise....just tetris....it keeps my mind off the fridge!:D
