I was looking through December 2012 SW magazine and noticed that the meal plans they feature for an entire week really don't use much syns at all. Never anymore than 2-3 per day.
I know a lot pf people wonder of they need to use all their syns.
I am not reading this in this way? it seems to give the syn values for the meals but then there are several areas where syn values for snacks and guilt free syns are spoken about too.
I don't think syns HAVE to be used uneccesarily but they can be and if doing it long term I think its a good idea to use them as it makes it more achievable in the long run to be able to have our treats etc
