Just a wee update...

Thought id give a wee update as i've been a bit quiet the past couple days. I work every weekend which means my usualy posts will drop but it also makes it easier to stick to plan through the day. Working with food all day puts me off believe it or not!

I've been managing ok diet wise, the evenings are tough though. Slowly getting there. How many weeks to break a habit again?!
