Just about to start...

Hello everyone,
Just signed up to this site today.
Totally failed at Slimming world and about to try Exante....
Any tips? Ideas? Experiences?
I am 175lbs, 5'1'' and size 14-16
I would LOVE to get down to about 130 or so by August (too ambitious??)
I would LOVE to be a 10-12....maybe a 12.
I have no idea if I am just being too ambitious - perhaps someone on here has had a success story to share?
